Pieces not sorting properly on Order Details page anymore?
Hi,
For a few weeks now I've noticed that the sort by column function that allows a seller to choose whether order items are sorted by category, colour, ID, etc. first doesn't seem to be working. I used to be able to sort the order so all bricks showed up, then all plates, then all tiles, etc. alphabetically, but now everything is scattered in a big order list. It does increase my order filling time because I have to scroll up and down the larger orders to make sure I'm getting all the pieces people need since my inventory is ordered by Brick Owl category. (IE, plates all in one bin, bricks all in another bin, vehicle parts all in another bin, etc.)
I thought at first it might have been a little bug that would work itself out in time but it's still happening after a few weeks. I'm just wondering what might be going on, and if things can be set back to the way they were? Thanks!
