Can’t see anything in the terms - do you need to be 18+ to use brickowl?

Had a customer cancel an order as ‘it was placed by her son’ only for her to then say the account is her sons.

I’ve now blocked the account but seems to me that this person shouldn’t even be on brickowl.

I wouldn't think you do, seeing as there is nothing about it in the terms, and I don't believe there is anything that asks you your age when you create an account.

I do know that BL has an 18+ age restriction, but obviously you could put in a fake DOB, but if you were to create a store, you do have to have a legal document proving your age and identity. (I do like that just for the fact that you can't go creating a whole bunch of fake stores and creating problems there.)

Outside of that, I think that would have to be a @Lawrence question since it doesn't mention it anywhere on the site that I see...
