Promote sellers who offer free shipping

Hello everyone, sorry if there is already a forum with this topic but I couldn't find it... here's a tip to create a way to promote sellers who offer free shipping in various regions of the world. I live in Portugal and the shipping costs in central European countries often make it difficult to complete a purchase, so I end up buying from the few sellers I know who offer this service. If these could be listed or marked, all buyers would benefit. Thanks

    That would only really benefit sellers who only do sets and mark up their product 10-20%

    Not really, sellers offering free post have to bake in the costs to the prices they set, that may work in the buyers favour with small orders, but for larger orders it may have been cheaper to pay to postage with reduced cost of parts/figures/sets.
