How to add IBAN transfer Payment as a seller?

Hi, my seller has a problem.
In his site there is only PayPal option.
I asked him to add IBAN transfer Payment but he responded that „I am so sorry I'm not sure how to fix the issue. I already emailed brickowl for help”
Meanwhile I’m asking you for help. I appreciate for any your valuable advice from your expierience.

I believe you need to have at least ten transactions through PayPal before you can add any further options. Given the age of your store this is likely the reason.

The other seller could add that option in it’s site but that seller has a issues. I am a customer.

My bad, teach me to read the post properly! Maybe the store has only just opened, so same reason still applies?

His first opinion is from August.
He have all seven positives opinions.

We have contacted tthe store about this. The store had not contacted us. They did have enough orders to be able to create the payment method.

He responded and wrote
„Brickowl responded back saying that stripe payment is now available!”

I asked him about BLIK option Payment because I still see PayPal option.

He responded
„ I am not sure what BLIK option is. The brickowl website only allows me to set up Stripe and paypal. Sorry for the trouble!”

We don't support BLIK, you previously mentioned you wanted to pay via IBAN. If you want to pay via IBAN, you can communicate that to the store
