Paypal option not showing to customer for checkout

Hi there, I'm new to BrickOwl this month and have just opened my store and have encountered my first issue regarding receiving payment! A customer in the UK is trying to order a minifigure and the Paypal option isn't available for them, even though I have this set as 'active' in my control panel. Could it be something to do with the 'country restrictions' I've allowed? I only want to ship to the UK and I found this part of the settings quite confusing to understand. Any help appreciated! TIA.
