How to know if the customer paid ?

I'm new and I did not receive the payment from the customer, is there a way to know it, because on the current balance, it is written 2,61 £. So I don't understand. It seems th buyer paid but I did not receive anything.

Did they use a PayPal e-cheque? I've had this a couple of times. The order is placed, but the funds take about a week to clear, so don't send anything until it does. However, if this is the case you should have received an email from PayPal to explain the procedure and it would show on the order as the method of payment.

Are you talking about your store commission? As you don’t have any outstanding orders

I didn't receive anything from PayPal, and this amount is the commission

You would need to check on your PayPal account. It looks like the payment is marked as pending but you manually marked it as payment received.

I found the problem, my PayPal email address was wrong, you may close this topic
