Cancel order as seller

The customer wants to cancel his order. How can I cancel the order so that the order goes back into my inventory?

When you are in the order page, and said order you would like to cancel, at the top right, you should see a menu with "more actions". Click this and in the drop down menu, you should see the options "cancel"

I canceled the order. How do I get the parts back into my inventory?

There would have been a tickbox to put the parts back into the inventory on the cancellation form. Unfortunately if you didn’t select that when submitting the form, you would need to do it manually

Also, if you’re using a synchronisation tool, returning to inventory may need to be done on that instead
