Where do I put facial expression for missing minifigure heads?

I've searched the forum, but to no avail. Trying to help contribute to the catalog. I don't see it on any of the tabs under edit.

You may be looking at a specific color of an item. You’ll need to click on the link at the top of the edit form to go to the uncoloured version. It’ll then be on attributes.
