Quote message by email, but nothing on the website?

Dear Brick Owl team members

Do you know if we do have some spam/bogus quote request?

Today I got an email about a quote request for a Monster Figther set, but when I look at a webpage the site is showing nothing, is it an issue with the quote system or someone trying to scam me with some fake links?

  • Could be the potential buyer cancelled the request shortly after requesting it.
  • @BasKrie thanks, could be that. But the history of quote isn't showing anything neither?
    Looked at the email address it looks legitimate...

    Any other way to control it?
  • According to the quote page
    "Your store does not currently have any quote requests.
    If you received an e-mail about a quote request, the customer may have since cancelled their quote request or emptied their cart."

    And when a quote is withdrawn, or it has become an order it disappears from the screen :smile:
  • @BasKrie Thanks a lot ! I would be useful to still have an history on those. We the main competitor BL has it.
    It explains why it isn't visible anymore !
