Hi,
on one of our wi-fi networks, instead of loading brickowl.com, we get the message "Your request is blocked".

We have had several other customers report a similar situation in the last 2-3 days, so the problem is not unique to us.

Does anyone have experience with this?

    Could you please contact us using the link at the bottom of the page, and let us know your IP address. We can then look into that. If you could please also point us to any messages where customers have mentioned issues.

    Looking further at this, our security system was incorrectly flagging a certain type of request from Tiktok users as malicious. We have now removed all the related bans and updated the system. I apologise for this.
