Receipt or bill and name "Invoice"

Hi Brick Owl.
I have a problem with the receipt or bill you send me in my buy.
In Skybox said they need a bill or receipt that include the word "invoice", because they don´t accept the bill you send to me as a receipt, due to requeriments in my country Costa Rica.
I upload all the documentos yoiu send to me, but thwy answer me the same words: "The bill you upload is invalid" Why I have this problem? What can I do to solve that?
