I have been unable to find these two pieces. The top one has number 88059 printed on it and the bottom to have 49656 printed on it. As always, your help is much appreciated.

Thanks jay is there a reason for the difference number or is the catalog wrong with the number on the helmet

Honestly I don't know. There are some parts (marbled flames spring to mind) that have two five digit numbers embossed on them, only one of which is the design ID. BL has 88059 for it so it might be worth hunting for a second number on the part and submitting a catalog change if you think it's needed. I can't find a decorated version of the helmet, so looks like it's the only one.
