how to create a complete animal for a set inventory

i tried to create the dragon from LEGO Dragon Mountain Set 70403 as a complete minifig for the set inventory , but i don,t think it was approved , it contains 30 separate parts and is much simpler to purchase complete . is there a create animal function like the create minifig tool ?

It's still pending, I haven't dealt with it yet, I will probably convert it to a part assembly at a later point.
