When viewing an order paid by Paypal, you can see the Paypal fee in the 'Payment Details' box.

Would it be possible to get the same detail in orders paid through Stripe?

With PayPal, they send us that information automatically. I've just checked and Stripe don't do that, so we would need to make API calls to download then display the information. So it's probably best you just click on the transaction link if you want to find that out.
