No IOSS Number on Order?!?!?!

Hi everyone

I have an order which is going to America. I expected to get an IOSS number on the order, so I can attach this to the click and drop label on Royal Mail, however I haven't received an IOSS Number from BrickOwl... I don't know if I am being stupid and it is hidden somewhere!

Any suggestions are hugely appreciated

Hi Georgina, you don't need an IOSS for the USA - it only applies for orders going to the EU.

Also, be aware there are other European countries not in the EU and they likewise will not have an IOSS number.

But yeah, that is confusing that there are countries that are in European continent, but aren't members of European Union (EU). So that is something that has to be paid attention to as a seller and as a buyer too...
