From Quote to Order, how?

Dear reader.

I am a new seller on BrickOwl, https://kambobricks.brickowl.com/, and have received a quote.
I then entered the shipping price.

What will be the next step? It doesn't seem to be any opportunities for me (the seller) to do anything more at this time?

How to transfer this quote to an order?
Maybe, this is something the buyer has to do?

Yes, you have to wait for the customer to convert it to an order. This will of course be dependent on them agreeing to your shipping quote. If they don't they will cancel it (you can't do this), or they can ignore it. I don't know if there's a time limit before it disappears in this instance.

Should also be worth noting that if they take a while to decide some of the items may be purchased by other customers as the stock is still technically 'on the shelf'.
