Shipping tables

I am receiving the following error when trying to save my shipping tables. ‘ Length needs to be greater than or equal to 50 or empty’
I have not made any changes to the length/width/depth. I was only changing the charges.

Does anyone know how to resolve this error?

We recently set some minimum values, for the maximum dimension limits, as we saw some stores misunderstood them as cm rather than mm. Could you paste a link to the shipping method you are having an issue with?

Hi Lawrence, here is the link. The problem is not with the total dimension limit. It is with the dimension limit (L x W x H) which is in inches

Ah my mistake, I have removed that until I can look into that further
