Go to the undecorated part in the catalog, then to the Edit tab and under it to Actions:

@Calibrick no I have not been able to work it out. I am not that worried about catalog points just want to help make the catalog complete. If you can list them I am more than happy for you to do so.

@Neiljones here is how you would do it exactly - I'm a big believer in teaching a man to fish and all that good stuph (I did not put these in for ya):
1. Go to https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-tile-2-x-3-pentagonal-22385-35341, which is the plain, unstickered part.
2. Click the EDIT tab.
3. Click the blue CREATE STICKERED VERSION button.
4. Fill in the fields; you'll have to figure out what set number the parts came in (if you have no idea, look for what sets that part's COLOR comes in and eyeball their sticker sheets). Also, use a reasonably short name.
5. Hit SUBMIT.
6. Wait a few days and you'll hear back from the admin! :-)
