Consider this link also to download new rates in Excel or CSV: https://pe.usps.com/PriceChange. Effective July 9th, First Class Package Service and Parcel Select Ground merge to become "USPS Ground Advantage". At least it's one less set of shipping tables for me to maintain. ;-)

The rates for up to one pound appear unchanged, which is fantastic (if you pay commercial rates, e.g., via PayPal Shipstation, Stamps.com, etc.). There are slight increases (and even decreases) in your Zone 1, but distinct increases as you hit further away from yourself geographically and the poundage increases compared to January rates.
