Shop not Responding

An open question about what to do?
I've bought Lego in a shop for about 140€, already payed. Now it happened that I got a tracking number which doesn't work and all my messages to the shop just don't get answered. The shop has a pretty good feedback record, so I tend to trust that. Don't what I supposed to do about it? Same thing with another shop where I got a delivery however parts where missing. Is there another way to get into contact with the shop owners other than on brickowl?
I hope some of you have an idea, thanks in advance.

  • There's no other way to contact the seller/store (that I know of) but if you've made reasonable attempts to contact the seller and got nowhere then contact Brick Owl at [email protected] and ask them to help.
  • If the seller does not respond, then there is also an option to open your order page and then under the "More actions" button is a "report issue" that you could select. That also might help and this also gives a clear indication to the seller that there is a "distress call" from your side that they need to react to.
