Check delivery destination ?

Hello, a Swiss customer tells me that there is no way to order in my French store. I checked the delivery solution and I have Switzerland which is served by Colissimo International. Is there a way to verify by myself that a customer in any country in the world can (or not) order in my store? Thanks in advance:)

    The only shipping methods you have for Switzerland are Colissimo International and International Letter, but both have fairly restrictive dimension limits. It's possible that what your customer wants to order doesn't fit in either.

    Enabling quote request in your settings would allow them to check out.

    Thank you very much! The size limits are completely wrong effectively, I understand better why I never send international colissimo.

    Happy to help. I would recommend putting some dimension limits on your letter post options, as currently there's no way to stop your buyers from selecting those methods even when they're inappropriate.
