Seeking help with Bricksync update

I downloaded the latest version, ran it after adding BL/BO keys. Crashed, with multiple errors from BrickOwl

I suspect, rather than run a completely new version, including new data files, I should have replaced the old program with the new, leaving all other files in place?

Would someone be able to confirm or advise? I'm PC challenged 🤯

hi @Graham, The current version of bricksync is not supported by the developer anymore. I do not know if the current version will be fully functional, i know there is a community update which partailly fixes the problems.

Hi @syncyourbricks.com . Thanks, I am aware and downloaded the current version as of March 2023, similar thing happened with last update, but I don't recall what the solution was? If it were Mac I'd be fine, PC I'm lost.

What were the errors that you received in relation to Brick owl?

And please tell where you got your version.
The one that I know of was last updated in February this year

To update it you only need to put the new bricksync.exe file and keep all the old other files.

@Lawrence - from recollection I believe it was excessive "calls"? On the API ?
