Consider adding Thumbs-Up for Forum OPs and Replies

Good day! I've probably gotten waaaaaaaaaaay to used to a MIcrosoft Teams environment, but I find so many times it would be great to just thumbs up a post or more so a REPLY, as the author really reflected my point of view... it would be a lot easier and faster than typing my own "I agree with so-and-so" and reiterating the point because I am apparently incapable of writing short posts. ;-)

Just an idea for consideration - if you agree, please consider upvoting this!

Also, I literally mean ONLY a thumbs-up option - no thumbs down. I don't want to ever make someone feel like their opinion is not important, and respectful disagreement SHOULD be voiced. :-)
