Custom Fields in Part outs or more options

I find that the bulk quantity and sales fields are next to useless in a pat out but would love to have a field to fill in or edit the My Cost field during a part out, for the purpose of proper tax accounting when the pars sell without having to go to each part.

is it possible to implement settings to allow for the customization of the fields shown during a part out?
