Why my account limited?

Hello,just registered yesterday, and my account is limited,please help me

Role -Limited Access - Cannot place orders or create a new store

    As a new account, maybe you need to verify your account ?
    Go to your settings and profile, and put in information about your account and/or yourself. That will probably open up more stuff for you to be able to do.
