Cancelling order

Hi!

Unfortunately I had to cancel an order as made an inventory mistake. I have processed the cancelation, so the order shows it has been cancelled, but customer who paid via PayPal has not received their money back after 1 week.
Did I do something wrong? Or do I do refund via PayPal?
On PayPal, I can see money recieved, but not money refunded.

It should remind you on Brickowl when you've issued a refund to also refund via appropriate payment method.

I believe if you have a PayPal business account (rather than personal), the refund should be automatic. Sounds like you may have a personal one so will need to action it yourself.
