We tend to use Evri for parcels but have suddenly noticed that there is a "Location
Fee" added to parcels sent to Northern Ireland from England (where we are
based). Is there any way of allowing for this as I can see no way of splitting
Northern Ireland off from the rest of the United Kingdom.
Does anyone also know whether this fee is also added to any other destinations
such as the Scottish Islands? I believe parcels from Northern Ireland to Great
Britain are similarly charged but that doesn't effect us.
For the time being, any low value parcels to Northern Ireland will be sent by
Royal Mail even if the buyer selects Evri as their shipping method (a note has
been added). Any better solution?
Before anyone says how bad Evri are etc. etc. we have had very few problems with
them and whenever anything has gone astray (not for a long time now) they have
paid out in full.

Regarding them being bad. I think as a seller they are OK, prices are good and it's easy to purchase. As a buyer receiving goods they are an absolute nightmare. Worst courier when it comes to delivering to the wrong address, saying they have delivered when they haven't.
