Show item value on Outstanding Orders page

On the Outstanding Orders page (and even the All Orders page) it would be very helpful to display two totals. One for the value of the items, and the other for the final total after shipping is added. I need this mostly for ease of filling out customs forms as it requires the total of just the goods purchased.

It would be nice to have this, but also the Shipping total separated so we know how much postage to purchase on a daily basis. So Item total, shipping and Subtotal.
