Hello, i want to refund a costomer for one minifigs i've sell. i have used the refund function on Brick Owl, but i don't know if the money is automatically refund from paypal to the customer or if i must do it myself?

When you submitted the form, you should have received a message letting you know if you need the refund the payment manually. As you have PayPal for standards acccounts, you do need to manually do that on the PayPal website.

i don't have see this information during the refund process. I have a paypal personal account. Is there any other type of account who permit to refund automatically?

A Paypal Business account will refund automatically but you need to phone them to switch it. It's usually pretty straightforward.
