Looks like it might be from 6382. There are a couple of stickered assemblies, one with more black on either side of the flames (no entry here for either of them), and yours could be from the front of the building (see set images). However the configuration of the bricks in your picture, assuming those on BL are correct, seems a little off. It's possible the sticker on your assembly was applied to the incorrect area and you are now stuck (pardon the pun!) with this instead.

Yes, lego tends to NOT put stickers over more than 1 brick.
So i as well, would say your sticker is the one to go from, and the bricks is random.

In early days Lego did put stickers over assembled bricks.
And looking at BL the assembly that you have could indeed be from set 6382
Only according to BL the plate should be a 6x10

This also looks like a sticker from the Hook and Ladder Truck Set (6480) – in this case it is applied to the battery box cover.
