Wrong order color

Hello there, I recently got a message about an order I sent a little over a week ago. It basically claimed that the brown pieces ordered was reddish brown and when I asked for them to specify which pieces might have been mixed up they responded that all of them were reddish brown. Now frankly I don’t believe this because I don’t have many of those pieces ordered in reddish brown in the first place and those that I have are listed and already found in my home.

What I’m wondering is what I can do in this situation? They are asking for a refund and money to cover shipping the pieces back but I’m not very happy about this considering that they most likely will send me reddish brown pieces if they even send it to begin with and I don’t believe I sent any reddish brown to them in the first place.

Sorry if the post seems a bit “ranty”. Any advice is much appreciated.
