Not allow blank feedback

There has been a number of buyers that left a praise feedback with nothing written. This shouldn't be allowed, as it also breaks the purpose of the "recent feedback" box on your storefront.

It's very easy to do this unintentionally (and there's no going back). I doubt that many people do it by choice.

The idea is to reduce the effort required for positive feedback, so there isn't that burden of making something up if the experience was fine.

I don't think that here the feedback 'number' says too much on this marketplace, to be honest. Even with 30 feedbacks you probably could live the rest of your life.

Way I see it is at least they've taken the trouble to mark as received & clicked a +ve.

I have a feeling no one will leave a blank neg or neutral :O

don't know how much yall buy on amazon - for me I realized I hardly ever leave feedback UNLESS something was wrong OR something was specially good.

Ultimately all those "no responses" are happy customers - made me feel better when I thought it like that

Indeed! However, at least, if allowed, make it so it doesn't show in the 'view feedback' tab but adds to the number, or in the feedback showcase inside the store. Or that's my opinion at least.

I made the change tonight to not show in the recent feedback list, it shows in the main feedback list.
