Help getting new colours to BO from BL via Bricksync

I am still at the Duplo stage with computers so need a simple explanation :-)

I use Bricksync to keep BO updated from my BL store. I use Brickstore for uploading new parts etc. Very happy with everything and can do everything I want.

New colours, particularly Neon Yellow is not uploading to BO, how do I fix that, please?

I see that 236 (Neon Yellow) is listed in the BL color ID table, I can't see right now if it is mapped but assume so.

I can't see the version of Bricksync anywhere, but I see it was last modified on my system July 2020. So I guess it's not the latest. I assume 17.1 on Github is, forgive me, but how doe I install it from there?

I think you can just replace the files, don't overwrite or delete the config file (make backups!).

Many thanks, that worked perfectly. The problem I had was I could see the Bricksync file I wanted, but I didn't know how to download. Done now :-)
