I am sorting through some parts and i have come across what appears to be be the Light Flesh Marty McFly Head (Recessed Solid Stud) (15257) although the one i have is double sided. Images attached if any could help confirm this is the correct part would be much appreciated.

BL has it as double sided (assuming it's the one from the Ideas/Cuusoo set - I don't know about the newer one, but that appears to be slightly different anyway). Double check but looks like it from your pictures.

Also I have the figure at home, but won't be able to confirm until later today if you need a first hand source.
