I just started using (pretty nice, since yesterday got 2 orders) and I'm wondering.

When does the payment reflect on my account? Shouldn't they also send you an email?

Is there any way to protect you against chargebacks?

I believe they have something in the help section about that, probably along the lines of obtaining proof of shipping/signature.
