Issue with minimum order for payment method

Due to fees I now accept PayPal for orders over $10 (Check or money order below)

However that $10 limit includes shipping, so if shipping is $5 it is possible for a customer to place a $5 order.

    It looks like you have a minimum lot average set, so you would need to use that as your minimum order. It is not permitted to use the payment method minimum subtotal limits as a form of minimum order, in addition to the minimum lot average.

    I accept money order and check for lower value orders
