UK shipping to Germany

Hi
I have been using Customs form CN22 to send from Uk to Germany
I have had two mall packets back saying they do not comply with German Customs
Can anyone offer any ideas of what I may be doing wrong

I believe customs information needs to be provided electronically and the form on its own is insufficient. You will also likely need an IOSS number submitted electronically

CN22 is only part of it. You need to pre-notify the German tax authority that the VAT has already been collected, and that's usually done when you pay for shipping online.

As you're selling through a marketplace it's relatively simply, as you use BO's IOSS.
