Seller fees to be payed

Hi Friends

So glad that after a few sales on this platform, I finally got some store fees to pay.

But still nervous if I configured properly it says : "Your direct debit is setup. Your payment to Brick Owl has been submitted. Once it is received, this page will update automatically."

When using the automatic debit features, how long does it takes? Hopefully, it will be pay prior the due date.

Takes a few days, but you'll get an email telling you when to expect the payment to leave your bank account. If you're paying by Direct Debit the payment will be made before the due date.

Besiddes, that’s what I feared, all is configured and S-holdet work, but it doesn’t. I had to pay the fees by Credit Card immediately to avoid closure. God that I controlled this! Seems I need to get in touch with that debit Company to understand what sent wrong.

Your direct debit is setup, but unfortunately that's only for Brick Owl commission. You still need to manually pay affiliate commission as you have now done.

Getting used to this site and it is very good and much better than BL! Very fast answer of the support makes it an amazing place.
