Item sorting on orders

Is there a way to sort how items are listed in orders for picking?
I need to have the order sorted by Remarks.

Click the column header. If you want to sort by more than one, press the SHIFT key while selecting the second.

Bricks-Shop

In my browser (Chrome) it just changes the arrows for the sorting direction of the second column while pressing the SHIFT key. But it does not have influence on the sorting - nothing happens. :-(
