Issue with the Unit price of a set on my side that is different than the customer?

Dear Brick Owl Team and Users

Have you experienced issues with your price of an item being different than the one the customer gets?

Let’s say I put a price of 2699 DKK but the customer from Belgium get the set at this price 2.159,218, so a difference of 510 DKK!!

Same for shipping with insurance it cost me 500 DKK, customer get a price a 400 DKK, so a difference of 100 DKK.

Have I missed something or am I hitting a bug somehow? Should this order being cancelled or not? I am losing 610 DKK on this order.
