Why is this item scheduled for deletion?

"Red Bird with Yellow Beak (100043)" appears in only one set – Dumbledore's Office Set (76402) – and we have a few of them. I've just found out that this birdie is scheduled for deletion. The reasons are usually clear, but this time I can't figure out why. Any ideas?
