Hi all once again I need your help with something that I cannot find. As always your help is much appreciated.

Thanks jay for your help. Why does it not come up in a “2x4” brick decorated search?

It does - search by "2x4 brick" then filter "Decorated" and it appears lower down on the first page (luckily as there's quite a few results). It shows the white one on the image. I searched "2x4 brick" > filter by colour (in this case blue) > filter "Decorated". There's only a handful of blue decorated 2x4 bricks, so was pretty straightforward to find.

Make sure your search results are set to 'Default' - I don't know if other result settings throw the returns into a different order.

Also if you (maybe) searched using the part number '3001', then it wouldn't have shown up as this is the older version of the 2x4 brick which didn't have a part number.
