Is there a place to look at the coupons you have been given?

If you go straight to checkout from the storefront without looking at the cart first do you miss the chance to apply a coupon?

Yes, you miss the chance to use them. I brought this up to @Admin once before. He said he would add it to his list to let people use coupons during the checkout process.
