Store fees and Social security number

Dear Brick Owl team

I fine in paying fees and VAT that not an issue, but I not fine in having my security number being stored on your server not knowing if this number is safely encrypted and protected from hacker.

As in Denmark this social security number is the key to all possible services, could you please confirm that this is securely stored?

Have add my information and it says now “ Thank you, your direct debit mandate will now be setup. This process will take several days.”

But how can I manage/control those payments?

We don’t store social security numbers. If you entered that to setup your direct debit, that may be stored by GoCardless. They will email you when payments will be taken.
