How to cancel the order


one store received the payment 9days ago. Their shipping policy is 2-5 days. I contacted the store 3 time with no response. I would like to cancel the order since I think the store is not reliable. What can I do?

  • I believe there is an option under the dropdown menu on your order screen to FILE AN ISSUE REPORT. That may lead to a refund, I'm not clear as I've never had to do that. I would start there... and then you can use the Contact Us at the bottom of this screen to reach out to site admin to see what your options are. Good luck! So sorry to hear there is a challenge with a seller... :-(
