Something weird with the forum

Several times now…being “permanently” logged into the site…I visit the Forum page via a bookmark. The forum topics all display as not being viewed and I get a message to log in. But I am logged in. Logging out and logging back in doesn’t change the situation. If I click around and then back into the forum from the link at the bottom of the page, somehow magically the forum displays as I would expect.

What gives here?

I noticed that since a few days ago the forum is loading slower.

I've always experienced a similar issue whenever I click through from an email and try to 'vote' on a Suggestion on the forum, it won't let me until I log in by revisiting the forum using another link elsewhere on the page. It's been like that for ages. I wasn't sure if it was to do with me using my android phone or if the forum is hosted on a different server?

Thank you for pointing that out, I have updated the text that shows when the forum thinks you are logged out
