A glitch or an issue?

Went to "my orders" (saved as bookmark)

reply was "your connection is blocked" same on Safari and Firefox.

Turned on VPN and was able to log in, turned VPN off to access PayPal, then was able to continue on BrickOwl with VPN off

never had this before.

Anyone?

If that happens again, if you tell us your IP address, we can look into that.

Usually it means your IP address have previously been used by someone doing something malicious.

That's concerning it's our house, just us and kids, what kind of malicious things would trigger that?

Do you have a static IP address or does your ISP change it every time you connect?

The modem and router are on 24/7

Probably best way to check is to type "what's my IP address" in Google, note it down, and then reset your modem. Wait a minute or so, let it all come back on, and do the Google thing again. If it's static, it won't have changed, if it's different then it probably changes whenever your connection drops. Static IP addresses are more common with cable connections.

@Hoddie seems we have a static IP and Looks like we are compromised flagged as "open proxy" by Facebook instagram etc yet all clear on blacklist. No idea why?? And no issues getting here since yesterday.

I already reset my modem for 5 min and it's a no go.

Could you tell us your IP address that is blocked?
