That would indicate the customer hasn't paid. If you use PayPal for standard accounts, the customer can quit checkout at the last stage and not pay. There are notes at the top of the payment setting page with some information about this.
Ok I've tried contacting this person via message and even a text, but nothing! Is it possible to set it up so if after a certain amount of time it can be cancelled? It's annoying having 'awaiting payment' just sitting there!
