Suggestion: Add sort ability to tax settings table

I have several hundred tax settings to manage for my store. Would it be possible to add a sort feature to that table? I've created zip code ranges to reduce the number of settings, but it comes with a trade off: I might miss a zip code doing a standard search when I have to change a tax rate. Having the ability to sort would put the zip code start ranges in numerical order, making it easier for me to find the range I need to fix.
