Your help is needed once again

Can anyone help me with these two items. The second picture is of 5 x 6 panels and they are magnets. Cannot find them on the fridge magnets or magnets on BrickOwl. Your help is much appreciated as always. Many thanks

    I'm going out on a limb and suggesting the black parts are not LEGO - never seen a code like 'H20' on parts before and I assume there is no LEGO logo. Am happy to be corrected though.

    As for the panels, do they have the logo on the studs? A brief search suggests there are no magnets that match this part, so could they be custom. Is the whole thing a magnet or does it have one stuck on the inside of the panel?

    I've never come across either of those parts. The panel void seems too shallow to be Lego, but that may be to make room for the magnet I suppose.

    Concur that at least the black one is almost certainly NOT LEGO...

    Sorry for the delay in my reply. Yes the panel have Lego on them, they are the same size as the standard panel. The magnet is stuck on the inside.
